Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how ELSETA processes your personal information, and how and for what purpose these are collected when visiting the website nortroll.no. This privacy policy complies with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation Act of 2018 and also, the Personal Information Act §19 and §18, 1. section.

General information

The data controller responsible for your personal data at Elseta, UAB is the CEO. It is voluntary for those who visit the website to provide Elseta with personal data when browsing elseta.com, elseta.lt, the-vinci.com, cloudindustries.eu and its sub-pages, or when booking various services on the page. We will, however, ask for your voluntary consent to collect or obtain personal data unless otherwise specified.

Data collected in relation to site maintenance, are stored and located on servers at Elseta servers (situated in Vilnius Lithuania). These servers are operated by Elseta. Only Elseta has access to the information collected.

Google Analytics

As an important part of the effort to create a user-friendly website, we look at the user pattern of the visitors to our site. To analyze the information, we use the analysis tool Google Analytics. Elseta uses Google Analytics tracking code that anonymizes the IP address before the information is stored and processed by Google. The stored IP address cannot be used to identify the individual user.

Google tag manager

We are working continuously to improve the user experience on our website by customizing and providing targeted content. For this purpose, we use Google Tag Manager (GTM). GTM is a small code that helps us track user behavior through our website. This information is transferred anonymously into our Google Analytics account. And connect information with user behavior on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Youtube platforms.
