Elseta is executing the integration of an e-commerce model which is being financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) as a European Union response to fighting against the Covid-19 pandemic.

Elseta is increasing sales by scaling its client base all around the world. The company aims to have excellent customer service by creating an online shopping platform in which the clients could track their orders, delivery time, payments, download invoices, and product documentation, find product alternatives and accessories, register faulty equipment and track its repair stage. The implementation of an online store will help to achieve higher sales results and reduce costs by having a more efficient product stock and order management.
